SHIPPING

GENERAL

• MULTI currently only ships to the USA and Canada

• Free shipping on orders over $75 in the USA, and over $100 in Canada.

• Processing your shipment takes us from 1-3 business days, excluding weekends.

• Please allow 5-10 business days for your shipment to arrive.

CHANGES

• If you need to change your shipping address, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order by reaching out to our Customer Support team at hello@mydailymulti.com.

• We cannot guarantee changes after 24 hours of placing your order.

• If you would like to add something to your order, please contact us at hello@mydailymulti.com, if it has not yet left our facilities we may be able to add in additional product, and save you additional shipping fees.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

• Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order.

• You will receive an additional email to confirm the shipment of your order once it has been packed and shipped, including the tracking number.

• You can click on the link “View you order” to track it, or if you use the Shop App, you will be able to view it's status there.

SHIPMENT ISSUES


• Any lost package is the responsibility of the postal service. MULTI is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries.

• If a package is marked as "Delivered", but you have not received your product please contact your country's postal service.

• If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have other concerns, please email us at hello@mydailymulti.com and inclide your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.

RETURNS

• We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless your product is damaged or defected upon receipt.

• Damages to external packaging that does not effect the product or product function are not accepted for returns.
