Feeling good and lowering our stress levels is the biggest goal in what we do. In order to learn more about this, we asked our community what makes them feel good. Here's what Aggie had to say.

Feeling good is when I feel at peace within myself when I feel content and happy with what I already have because really it's all that I need. 

To me doing good is when people walk this earth how they want to be remembered when they love as hard and as much as they can we have to love ourselves We have to love those around us. Love is all that we have.
